The Toughest Challenge Facing our Kids Today..
and What We Can Do About It.
Did You Know..
There are so many negative influences that confront our children
every day. The images of sex, drugs, violence, and terrorist
attacks. Through music, television, video games and the media
experiences everyday.
Is it any wonder that many children's self-esteem & self
worth is at such an all time low?
You can teach a child to "Just Say No" but when it comes down to
crunch time, when they are faced with peer pressure, it's their
feelings about themselves that are going to determine whether
they make the right decision. don't you agree?
My name is Rich Stein. I'm a professional children's magician
with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in creating
educational programs for elementary schools.
My newest program "I Believe In Me, The Six Pillars of
Character" is designed to help children raise their self-esteem.
values and believe in themselves. High self-esteem is, of
course, necessary for success now and later in life.
How This Program Works:
"I Believe In Me, The Pillars Of Character" is 35-40 minutes in
length and is excellent for children kindergarten through
fifth grade. Through magic, puppetry and story telling,
children will learn three important life-changing messages. By
combining entertainment with education kids are very receptive
to these ideas and take them to heart.
Six Important Pillars of Character That Kids Must Adopt If They
Are Going To Be Successful.
RESPECT How important it is to be courteous to other
people and to accept people the way they are.
RESPONSIBILITY You must Stop, Listen, Think, and Act.
You are always responsible for our own actions.
TRUSTWORTHINESS Honesty and Reliability (keeping
promises) and Loyalty to your family.
FAIRNESS Do what is right not what your friends do. Be a
leader not a follower.
CARING
Show kindness and treat people the way you would
like to be treated.
CITIZENSHIP
Volunteer in your community. Be proud of
yourself and your country.
"I Believe In Me"6 Pillars of Character
Shows that what's inside a person is more important, that what's
outside. Kids are picked on because they're too short, too
skinny or too fat.
You can do anything in life that you want as long as you
believe in yourself. Napoleon Hill said, "Whatever the mind
of man can conceive, he can achieve." "I Believe In Me" will
plant the seed of confidence in children and help them to
believe in themselves.
NEVER GIVE UP--Let's face it, you can try your hardest
and not succeed. This is something that kids need to realize.
But they must also know the importance of not giving up after a
set back. That they must keep trying if they are going to
succeed.
ALL OF THESE ARE PRESENTED IN AN ENTERTAINING, FUN WAY SO THAT
CHILDREN WILL NOT ONLY REMEMBER THEM BUT ACT UPON THEM.
Can you imagine what your school would be like if your kids
really did adopt these beliefs? Would they be better off and
live a happier, more productive life?
